One of the most important and rewarding ways in which we can
       serve our fellowmen is by living and sharing the principles of the gospel. We need
       to help those whom we seek to serve to know for themselves that God not only
       loves them but he is ever mindful of them and their needs. To teach our neighbors
         of the divinity of the gospel is a command reiterated by the Lord: “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. 3 Go on your way; I am sending you out like lambs into the midst of wolves.”   Luke 10: 2-3

NEWS AND EVENTS from Camp Tomah Shinga                         

 

Hello there, Ethan Feistner here—Director of Camp Tomah Shinga.

    

I was blessed the other day watching youth and counselors at the ‘Taste of Camp” event. There were smiles and laughter. Imagination was running wild. Youth were being youth enjoying the beautiful day in God’s creation. Joy was all around. The Spirit was leading. It touches one’s heart knowing that all involved were blessed by God. 

?

For all of you that live out the verse from Hebrews by doing good and sharing donations, supporting the ministry at camp, I hope you realize you touch lives. The gifts you share God uses to touch lives at camp and lives beyond. You are part of the smiles and laughter. You are part of the joy. You are part of the blessings. You are part of the God smiles. God works through you– listen to the Holy Spirit calling you to do good, to share and in so doing, continue to be a part of the blessings of the ministry!
